Getting 415 error while uploading attachment through Rest API?

I'm getting 415 error.
Please help

using POST Method.

POST https://instanceURL/rest/api/3/issue/STPS-117/attachments

Authentication is Basic

In Header using these Headers.

1)X-Atlassian-Token value is no-check

2)content-type value is application/json

in body selected form data and uploaded .png file
