Getting I/O error on POST request for Jira Rest API

Hi Team,

While trying to create a project in Jira with shared configuration, we are facing "Request Timed Out Error" on the UI. Upon analyzing further, we found that we are getting the following error:

I/O error on POST request for "https://adtjira001eu.test.accenture.com/rest/project-templates/1.0/createshared/10600": Read timed out; nested exception is java.net.SocketTimeoutException

The POST request for the API /rest/project-templates/1.0/createshared/{projectId} is getting stuck at SocketRead while waiting for a response.

Has anyone ever came across a similar scenario? If so, then please share the suggestion for rectifying this issue.
