Getting blank Jira page, while other team members are able to see data

For a particular Jira page, I am unable to see any data. While, other members of my team are able to see data in the same page

Did you mean the Board, Dashboard, or something else by the Jira page? If possible, sharing a screenshot would greatly aid in understanding the situation.

Its the Test Cycles page under a particular Project

You may want to check if you have "Browse Projects" permission in the project. Refer - Zephyr Permission Scheme for more details.
