Can you please check for us also, we are getting this notification for 2-3 days and we are not sending so many emails.
If we can understand which emails are getting generated we might be able to work on bringing the number down. Please help!

I can check the notifications of your site as well, but I saw that you have an account on 8 different sites, so I need more details about the affected one. Since community is public, I won’t post and won’t ask you the entire URL, so please, check the details below and point me to the one you need me to check:
Meanwhile, please, check the Notification scheme on the projects to confirm if the notifications are not being sent to an entire group or single user.

Checking the notification logs between September 2 through September 3, it returned 113 notifications. Only one was from the project AT, but all other notifications were from project ATFJS.
The notifications were from issue created, updated, comments and it includes customer and agent notifications.

We have started getting the "email notifications are off" message again for last two days for the same account (details below). Can you please check once again for us how so many emails are getting generated by us?
