Getting error "Trying to get property 'name' of non-object" in TestRail integration

In just one of our projects we are seeing the error "Trying to get property 'name' of non-object" when trying to access TestRail:Cases or TestRail:Runs from a Jira ticket.  All the other projects works fine.  All projects have the exact same configuration in Jira i.e. all schemas are identical.  Not getting any help from the vendor so hoping the community can come to the rescue.

Simple solution to this problem but didn't have the right Jira access to see it. The configuration in Jira did not include the project.  We got that changed and it worked fine.  Would be good if TestRail gave a better error message than what is above.
