Getting error when exporting project in JIRA

Hi All,

When we try to export project in JIRA, We are getting "license has been expired",

Could you please let us know which are the plugins needs to be renewed for the same. 

System id is SEN-964818, how can we know that which plugins needs to be renewed and which is expired?

Could you please help on this.

There is no "project export" in Jira, so you are probably using an add-on that provides it, and I'd guess it is that one that is expired.

Go to Admin -> Manage add-ons - this will list all your installed add-ons and tell you which ones have an expired licence.

That will be a lot quicker than raising a call with Atlassian to ask them what is showing as expired in your account.
