I have a jira cloud account. I have created many Epics in the past but for some reason I can not do that any more.
Whenever I try to create a new Epic now, it comes back with an error with a new error code every time and asks me to refresh the page and try again. Doing that does not help at all.
Has anyone ran into this issue before and what did you do to resolve it?
Hi @Faisal Zubair , Welcome to the Community! Regarding the error it might be because of internet connectivity or page is not loading. Try to refresh the page and then create an epic.
