Getting error while installing any plugin in JIRA after upgrade

Exception Occurred and log states

UpmAsynchronousTaskManager:thread-4 INFO AroraRahul 244x1128x1 1lsf80k 10.109.1.4,127.0.0.1 /rest/plugins/1.0/ [c.a.plugin.loaders.ScanningPluginLoader] No plugins found to be installed

 

The issue occurs for upgrade or installing any Add-ons

Make sure that the user that Jira runs as has rights to that directory.  It sounds like you upgraded the application using an account other than the one running Jira.

That looks like the permissions on the <jira home>/plugins directory might be wrong.
