Hi Roja,

The user needs to have permissions to the filter used by the board. In other words the board filter has to be shared with the user.

Hi John,

Yes , i have checked the board is shared with Project ( User included in project ). What might be the issue then ?

You can't just share the filter with a project. It has to be shared with a Project Role or a Group or the Organization.

From the filter itself, you need to click on Details and see who it is shared with.

Hi John,

User is under the project Role Administrator permission.

Yes but what is the filter shared with?

Please post a screen shot of what the shared filter has. It should look something like this:

Hi John,

I have re-checked the filter is only shared only with PROJECT.

My question is those who have access to the project they can able to use the filter. Previous the user is able to access and now suddenly got that error. Is this any permission issue ?

Hi JOHN,

I have resolved myself. This is permission issue though user have PROJECT Role Admin permission and user dont have Browse project permission .
