Getting"Error Saving Step while trying to update steps. After refreshing Test Design dissapeared

When trying to update steps in a Jira ticket in the In Progress status, the changes are not applied, and an error message appears: "Error Saving Step. Request failed with status code 401." 
Also, after refreshing the page, the Test Design section disappeared.

Could you confirm if you are using xray app ?
