Are all users getting the same error?
Have you tried checking the items mentioned in the error message?
Have you engaged with your internal support team that supports the networking infrastructure for your company?
Is your Jira Data Center system on a cloud hosted server, such as in AWS? If so, have you checked the status page for the Cloud Provider to see if they have having a problem that makes your system inaccessible?

Once in a day all the users are facing the same problem. Then I am restating the server from JIRA/bin Stop-Jira.batch and Start-Jira.Batch file. And I know its a temporary fix.
Can you please suggest some permanent fix. For information our is a windows based server. Not Linux based.
Right now Iam working from Azure team to spot for the error logs.

It seems there is nothing wrong from the Azure side. Might be because of Tomcat issue is there reply. So in addition to your approach can you please add me how to check if it is Tomcat issue.

If you have a valid support contract you might try having your Jira admins contact Atlassian Support directly.

Hi @Venkata welcome to the community! Does this happen with all users? If it's just your account, does it happen on different browsers? How long has it been this way?
