Giffly Unlicensed in JIRA

I have a paid (on-demand) license for Gliffy that we've been using in Confluence, but when I try to use Gliffy in JIRA, it says that it's unlicensed. I can't quite seem to figure out how I get Gliffy activated on the JIRA side. It's trying to sell me a trial version, but I've already paid for it.

Jeff, note that there's Gliffy for Confluence OnDemand and for JIRA OnDemand (two different add-ons). This is probably happening because you're only subscribing to Gliffy for Confluence OnDemand and not JIRA. In order to start using Gliffy for JIRA OnDemand, please follow the steps outlined here.
