Git Integration Plugin for JIRA: tab "Git Commits" & "Git Code Review" is empty

Hello!

We have Jira v5.2.9, and installed "Git Integration Plugin for JIRA" v. 2.3.

Clone repository, add to "Git Integration Plugin for JIRA" - all ok, repo is green "UPDATED".

In thе issues appeared new tabs - "Git Code Review" and "Git Commits", BUT these new tabs always empty, despite the fact that repository contains hundreds of commits.

How can fix the situation?

There are a variety of reasons why this might be - but first - do the commits have JIRA issue keys (ABC-123) in the commit messages? This is how the add-on will associate the commit to the JIRA issue.
