Git Integration Tool User Management

Hey Guys,

  So basically I'm heading to integrate the Git Integration tool in my Jira account, and currently, I have 90 users, so my pricing is coming to $180/month for this app, now many users are operations people who don't even require this tool to use, how can I manage my users such that if only 10 users require to use this tool, then I get charged for them only and it doesn't get charged for every user that are there in my account

Unfortunately that is not an option for this app, as per the pricing information they post.
