GitHub integration is removed?

We've had a GitHub integration configured for quite awhile now, but the other day we noticed that the links to Pull Requests on GitHub had disappeared from issues in JIRA.

I reviewed GitHub's setup guide (https://help.github.com/articles/integrating-jira-with-your-projects/) and noticed that their instructions to manage DVCS accounts in Add-ons is no longer in JIRA.

This integration is vital to our ability to successfully use JIRA. Can you let us know how to reenable it?

Ah, I found it.. It's been moved to under the "Applications" menu.

The integration seems to be broken somehow too. I'll investigate more.
