Github Automatically listing all JIRAs, across multiple branches, per release

Does Github allow to automatically generate (per release) a list of all the JIRAs, for all the branches the release contains site?

I know you can do lots of manual integration with JIRA, but is there a way to automatically link all JIRAs, across all branches, per each release? So all the information is contained in one place.
