Hi,
We have a weird behaviour with Github and Jira. Since almost a month, when a pull request is done on JIRA, we have a trigger who performed a transition from "Native peer review" to "Completed".
The trigger work well and status pass to Completed but we still have available the transition button of previous status and this issue appears in "Native peer review" status on the burn down chart.
So, for our report it's look like the issue isn't completed.
We don't have the kind of behaviour previously.
Is-it linked to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-20414? Is-it a side effect?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Regards,
Mickael O.
After more analysis, I saw the following error on log:
2020-08-27 11:49:01,647+0200 DVCSConnector.EventService:thread-1 ERROR anonymous [c.a.event.internal.AsynchronousAbleEventDispatcher] There was an exception thrown trying to dispatch event [com.atlassian.jira.event.issue.IssueEvent@3372b79b[issue=ISS-123,comment=<null>,worklog=<null>,changelog=[GenericEntity:ChangeGroup][issue,367948][author,null][created,2020-08-27 11:49:01.624][id,1306021],eventTypeId=5,sendMail=true,params={eventsource=workflow, baseurl=https://jira.com},subtasksUpdated=false,spanningOperation=Optional.empty]] from the invoker [SingleParameterMethodListenerInvoker{method=public void com.atlassian.webhooks.plugin.WebHookEventsProcessor.onEvent(java.lang.Object), listener=com.atlassian.webhooks.plugin.WebHookEventsProcessor@dd04f4d}]
I really don't know what's the problem. Could you help me?
Regards,
Mickael
