Github for JIRA showing wrong status for Development in Release page

We utilize the Github for JIRA application and when we navigate to the Release page, we are seeing inaccurate statuses.  Issues that have been confirmed as "Merged" are showing a status of "PR Open".  Opening the details also confirms that the items are merged.   Any clue what could be causing this?

Can you please check the status of the integration itself? Is it updating any issues at all? And it would also be worth checking webhooks and if there have been any recent permissions changes. Without some more information, we would be guessing though.
