Github integration with JIRA not working

I've installed github to integrate with JIRA, but after few steps it's not going forward, when i select Github Cloud and click on continue, state remains same, when i checked on console, there was one error that was poppiung out regarding jira-select-card, can you please have a look at it.

Can you please share the error details that you were seeing when you clicked continue to GitHub cloud?

Also, just confirm whether this app is installed properly by going into Apps->Manage Apps section.
