Gitlab deployment not showing up in Jira

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Good afternoon,
I configured Jira's integration with Gitlab, and everything seems to work and interact, branches can be created, pull requests are visible, but viewing the deployment status is impossible for some reason, although all the conditions for this are met - branches and commits are called according to the rules, environment variables are created, CI/CD pipeline is configured.
What else could be the reason?
