I want to give admin access to selective projects to any individual. For eg.
1. A super admin can do anything on the Jira
2. Projects admins can update things only of their projects. No global settings access will be given to them.
3. Normal users who can only read/write the tickets of their own projects.
You already have default configurations set for these requirements in Jira when you set up the instance.
1st Option - Add the User to Jira administrators Group
2nd Option - Add the User to Administrators Role in respective Project
3rd Option - Manage Permissions to Users via Permission Scheme and Jira Project Roles
