Give the user permission to change the label in one of the workflow

Hi,
I would like to give one of our users the option to edit the label in one of the workflows or even in one of the projects.
I go into Permission schemes -> Edit Issues and see that the group he is on is registered as someone who can edit the issue, but he still can't do it.
Is there another option?

Hi @amit.bakst 

Check whether the workflow has the workflow properties that denies editing the ticket in certain status.

Specifically, the properties jira.issue.editable or jira.permission.* could cause this
