Given the AD name, how to get the email address

If you are a jira admin, you should be able to lookup the user in the user admin section.

If you are a user of jira, if you select the user name from the issue comment or mentions, that would take you to the user's profile and should be able to find the email id there.

Hi Fazila, thanks for your response but actually i have list of user full name and i want the samAccount name for them.

@udayasuriyan keerthika  , if you are not a jira admin, i do not find any other way than the one i mentioned above from JIRA..

If you have confluence, the users are searchable there
