Google Sheet integration not working for First Time Response

Hi team, 

I'm trying to use the integration for Jaas with google sheets following the next route:

My project -> Tools -> My Google Sheet Integrations

but when the ticket information is downloaded in Google sheet, the First Time response column is empty. 

Is this something expected?

Welcome to the Community! Are you using 'Jira Cloud for Google Sheets'? Did you double check that the 'First Time Response' field is showing values in the Jira issues that you are exporting? Could you attach a screenshot? Thanks!
