Got blank page while go to Tempo

The page show nothing while select "Tempo" from the menu.

Jira - 9.12.0

Plugin - Tempo 16.10.0

Hi @Danny Kwok ,

Here's Tempo support portal: https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/user/login?destination=portal%2F6

That's probably the most efficient way to see what's happening.

Some user may got something to display if refresh the page. And below is the error message from the browser.

"TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')"

"Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')"

The case was reported to Tempo Support already, and got reply that a new version of Tempo 17.2.0 was released(with the fix). I am going to arrange to test it.

The problem was gone after deployed Tempo 17.2.0 on JIRA.
