Grant Permission to add email

I'm looking to add an Outlook email to my Jira project, but I need certain access to do so. What specific "title" of permission so I need to add an email account? Here's the message for reference:

The permissions required here relate to Microsoft Outlook. To enable the integration between Outlook and Jira, you will need someone with administration privileges for Outlook to grant the required permissions.
