TR of Issues in Parent (that are not in Children)= 0d

Parent: TR= 12d, instead of an expected TR=8d (5+3+0)

The planning board of the production instance is not synchronized, but it is synchronized in the test instance, where the same problem appears.

There were no screenshots included. Did you get to the bottom of this problem? It culd have been that the fixVersions of some shild tasks were incorrectly set.
