Groovy script to archive a bunch of projects

Hi Community
I'm a noob in regards to MyGroovy, Groovy scripting, etc, as I've just discovered it.
However, I am in charge of a large JIRA instance and have a need for some sort of automation in regards to archiving our projects, once they are no longer in use.

I do hope one or maybe more of you can help me out.

An archived project will need to have the following changed/set:
Set Name: (Not in use) - Original Naming
Set Permission Scheme: Archived - Read-Only Admin
Set Catagory: Archived

The criteria of when a project is to be archived vary, but if needed I can provide a list of these as well
