GroovyRunner 'disallowed to impersonate the user because 'no valid active user exists'

Currently

Until recently I had a ScriptRunner Listener that would make GET requests for issues using the Jira Cloud Rest API.

Issue

Recently, some of these GET requests have been failing with the following message:

2019-08-09 06:16:39.187 WARN - GET request to /rest/agile/1.0/issue/TT-1234 returned an error code: status: 403 - Forbidden
body: [error:Add-on 'com.onresolve.jira.groovy.groovyrunner' disallowed to impersonate the user because 'no valid active user exists']

Could, I please request that you raise a ticket in our support located here which contains a copy of your script and the full error message that you are recieving so that we can debug this for you inside of our support portal.
