Group and Permission scheme export

Is there a way to export groups with permissions schema into a CSV? Goal is to have that schema and import into Azure AD.

I have tried Netic Export Group for JIRA and Jira User Export with no luck

Thanks Mark! Do you happen to know how to export Confluence groups? I installed Confluence User Export but I am only able to filter then export on a user level.
