I created a group and added users to that group (including myself). Now when I create a new subscription for a filter, I can actually see that new group -- so far so good!
I scheduled the subscription but when it ran, only I received the email but no one else in the group did. Each of the users in the group receive Jira issue notifications on a regular basis when they're a watcher on issues. But for some reason, they don't receive the email for the filter subscription.
Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance!
Hello, Good day. Please check the JQL used on the filter and make sure that the users have permission on the filter as well as "Browse project" permission on these projects. Thanks!
Perfect -- that's what was missing. I gave the group View access to the filter and they're now receiving the subscription email.
