I need to grant the user access to ONLY one project. This project is team managed. I found how to do it through permissions https://www.amplifyre.com/articles/how-give-limited-jiraccess-guest-users, but it only works for company managed projects.
Can you help me?
Hello @Iuliia Manina
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
There are two factors you need to consider:
1. Preventing the user's access to any of the Company Managed projects. You need to examine the Permission Schemes used for CM projects to see if they grant Browse Projects permission to user groups such as the default user group. If they do, you need to ensure that the target user has Jira Product Access without being a member of any of the groups granted that Browse Projects permission.
2. Team Managed project access is managed per project. Each TM project has an overall Access setting. If that setting is Open or Limited, then any person with access to your site and Jira product can view the project contents. Therefore, all the TM projects on your site would need to be changed to use the Private Access setting, and then each of those projects has to be updated to explicitly add the people (individually or by user groups) who need to have access to that project.
