Hi all,

Need your help for the following questions: 

  1. After buying the premium license, I'll add my other team members to edit the workspace. Do they also need to have a premium license? or standard license can work for them?
  2. For inviting people to just view the dashboards/workspace, do they need to have any kind of license?

Welcome to the community.

1. All licensed users of your instance will have the same type of license. The licensed users will be counted against your Premium license user count.

2. Yes, any user you wish to grant access to, even if it is read-only, will require a license. There are exceptions to this.

- if you use a Jira Service Management (vs. Software) project. Users that are specified as Customers have limited access but only through the Customer Portal. You would not be able to share Software projects with them without granting them a license.

- If you allow anonymous access to your instance. Refer to
