Guide for to Translate Transitions

We are working on a project where we need to translate into french. We have been able to translate the labels and statuses. As it is known throughout the community here is not way  to easily translate transitions like in  statuses and labels.

I was wondering if there is a step by step guide or perhaps some examples as to how to use the Workflow properties with jira.i18n.submit and jira.i18n.title
