Hackathon for Jira is stuck on loading screen

I just installed the Hackathon for Jira app, but when I click on it, I am taken to a loading screen that never loads. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this?hackathonerror.PNG

In this case you need to contact the add-on vendor directly, so they should help you
