Handling code review comments

Hi..We are a new team and my team has been getting a lot of code review comments over the sprints, sometimes early in the sprint, and sometimes during the end of the Sprint. What is the best way to handle the review comments?

1. Should these review comments be added as a sub task under the corresponding story in JIRA and tracked?

2. If these come late during the Sprint and team doesn't have time to fix these, should they be estimated and taken up in the next sprint as a task?

3. Basically, what I am trying to understand is whether fixing of review comments be accounted for or not in JIRA?

Any inputs would be appreciated.

IMO...

First review comments should be an attachment or in the comments for the issue being reviewed. If the review comment is to result in changes that will be done within the current sprint I would log that work under the current issue. If the work will fall outside of the sprint I would open a new task, not sub-task, and link as relates to the original.
