Handling required fields when exporting JUnit test results to JIRA via Xray's REST API

Hello All,

I'm using Xray's REST API to import JUnit test results to JIRA.

The problem is that the Tests have to be created and the Description field is required.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi João,

There is an issue in our backlog to improve this. You can vote for it and watch that issue here XRAY-2510.

Until then, one workaround is to make the "Description" field Optional in that particular project.
