Has anybody found a way to manage Jira Teams effectivly?

I am looking for a way to export Jira team names and their memberships.  This was brought to the forefront yesterday when teams disappeared in our instance of Jira.  It would have been nice to have a list of teams that had been created with their memberships so I knew who to contact to tell them there was a problem, and also who to contact that it has been fixed.

In jira cloud there is page   https://<your site>/jira/people/search where you can see your teams and members

I can see my teams but I would like a place I can see all teams that have been created and their team members.  Without having to type in a search parameter.

I checked with login other user and that user also able to see the team which i have created on that page.

So on that page i believe you can see all teams and member of those team

I can search for the teams from that page but it doesn't show all the teams that have been created.  What I have been asked for is a page where somebody can go and look to see all the teams that have been created so they don't have to know which Dev/Support teams have created a team and what its name is.  Or for me as an admin to look and see we have 3 that have a similar name I can make sure they aren't duplicates.
