Hello @Brian Dsouza
To create a webhook in Jira, you need to go to System > Webhooks and click on Create a webhook.
You would need the URL of the webhook, for Voiceflow you can look here: https://suretriggers.com/docs/how-to-set-up-webhooks-in-voiceflow/
For webhooks you also need to set the events. There are issue events, sprint events, project events, and more https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/webhooks/

It's possible I am understanding this wrong. Here is what I want to do. When an event triggers (such as issue created) in Jira I want to invoke a Voiceflow API. So if I understand correctly, I need to create a webhook in Jira and the URL it invokes would be the voiceflow API URL. I do not need to create a Webhook in Voiceflow. Is this correct?
That said, when calling the Voiceflow API I need to send some header info (API Key) for Voiceflow to authenticate the request. Where do I have the option of adding header info in the Jira webhoook?
Thanks
