Has anyone had trouble with the filter for their BigGantt changing to a numerical ID?

For our BigGantt program our previous filter was bringing in all tasks that have a specific label. Yesterday, as I was adding new tasks in Jira and putting that label on them, they were still not pulling into our BigGantt chart. I refreshed, resynced, logged out and back in, and switched browsers to see if that would help. Other users also tried to add tickets but they will not pull into the Gantt. When I went to scope definition under Configuration, the filter it had was one we did not choose or recognize. It also stated the Gantt would have 0 issues with that filter but when you go to the actual Gantt there are tickets in there.
