This capability can also be found elsewhere, such as stack overflow and other q&a sites.
I was wondering if such functionality could exist for Jira, either natively or via plugin. We have support tickets raised that are similar to previously existing and closed tickets, and would like such functionality to help reduce this.
This is an internal team, and tickets can be worked on by a large pool of support/product/dev etc, so Jira Service desk (if it has this functionality) would be a very expensive solution as my understanding is that we would have to by an 'agent' for every internal user at ~$20 each
