Have a file in issues as standard value

Dear all,

I want to have an issuetype standardly contain a file that could be downloaded by the users. 

So when creating an issuetype, you can find an word or PFD file to download inside the issue.

Is this possible?

You will need some sort of automation to attach a file every time, but I would recommend that you do not - you will end up with thousands of issues containing copies of a file that most people probably don't need or care about.

I'd recommend using a simple link to the  single standard document you want them to have access to.
