Have premium, can't see Plans feature

We are on JIRA premium cloud. 
Need to use the Plans feature. Can't figure out how to get it to show up. 
I don't see plans available in the sidebar configuration as shown in the documentation.

Any tips appreciated.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

In addition to what @Matteo Vecchiato recommended, make sure that you have configured the permissions for Plans to allow people to have access to the functionality.

You would find the page for setting those permissions at:

<your Base URL>/jira/plans/settings/permissions

This is also accessible by clicking on the gear icon, selecting Products, and looking for the Plans section and the Permissions page under that.

Have you tried with the following instructions?

If you have access to it, you’ll be able to see Plans in your sidebar. If you have hidden plans in your sidebar, you can:

1. Select Morein your sidebar.

2. Select Customize sidebar.

3. Select the checkbox against Plans to display in your sidebar.
