Having Edit option beside the custom fields and system fields in Jira server view screen

I want to edit fields in View screen, having option to edit beside the fields with out hitting edit tab button

What version of Jira server are you using?

I haven't worked with Jira Server since v7.13, but as I recall inline editing was available in that version. When it was enabled a pencil icon would display next to fields, allowing you to edit a single field at a time without opening the Edit screen.
