Having issues removing old Boards from project in Jira Cloud

Trying to delete legacy boards. Where is this UI for Jira Cloud?
I feel like I have searched for this for 2 hours and looked at forums but cannot figure this out. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

I thought board settings would have something but this is what I see

Hi Stephen,

I guess your account don't have the permission to delete board.

There is my screenshot. After click "view all" link, you would see all boards,and could delete them here.
