Having problem creating a site

Just signed up. When im trying to create a site and try Jira for free, it shows:

Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: d273efb48386425eb32977e41d335b67)

I just signed up and did what i can do as the website guided. I still would like having a try using Jira manage my project. Maybe someone could tell me what should i do?

please try the steps mentioned by Sanam and if still doesn't work please reach out to support 

Please verify if you are following the steps as mentioned here : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/set-up-jira-products/

There are no incidents that should restrict from creating site on Atlassian end as well.

• Clear your browser cache or try in incognito/private window

• Use a different browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox)

• If it still fails, go to:

Im using EDGE, and just tried using EDGE INPRIVATE, failed again.(issue id:49334ae28a0f4720b22332645a089fbf)

It leads me to this forums
