Welcome to the community.

Allowing 24h to be logged a day is ok (although I very much doubt you mean to do that as the limit is per person - if someone is able to log that much, you're seriously overworking them), but the working hours for your people is an unrelated setting.

Thanks Nic! Yes, I thought as much - definitely team is not over-worked :) but they work in different time slots... So, we were wondering if they can enter a time slot beyond 6pm. I understand the intent of this field is to capture the total productive hours only and time stamp may not be of that importance.

So you're not using time-tracking for any form of timesheeting at all? 

It looks like your date/time might be coming from Tempo, where I seem to remember you can configure your working day with start and end times.  Should be able to set that to midnight/midnight to get the whole day.
