Having text as a template

Hey,

I'd like to have in the summary field (for bugs only) a default text with specific headlines..anyone has an idea how to do it?

Hi @Yael Dvorin 

What did you have in mind as template text?  There are a few ways (of different complexity, cumbersome, and cost levels) available:

• Create a generic defect (bug) that you clone and edit, as needed
• Use automation rules so when a defect is created, automagically update the summary (or whatever) to include your text also.  (My team does this to add user story template information.)
• Investigate marketplace add-ons for template issues
