Having trouble with JMWE send email option on cloud instance

I have a workflow that has in its initial create transition when issue is being created, JMWE's notification email option. I am able to successfully send emails when I use individual emails, but it doesn't send emails when I use the group option. I'm assuming that this should send an email to each user in the group list, and that 'group' is the standard jira group that can be defined under user management? Is there a placement issue of where in the list of post  operations?

HI Jay,

You can try to use the Notification schemes, where you can configure to send an email when an issue is created, to specific users, groups, project roles, etc.

I recommend you to take an look at the documentation of the notifications schemes.
