Hi @Gabriel Lujan , 

Welcome to the community. 

When you configure your workflow, you have a checkbox on the transition to make this available.

Screens don't display for those users so make sure there are no validations on the transition screen or anything.

Hey @Gabriel Lujan , 

is this an active workflow linked to a service management project? Because the portal options (approval / link on portal) only show up in that case.
